- Gender, where voluntarily provided or required for an application;

- Profile photograph, where applicable;

Where relevant to an Institution or admission service, we may collect:

- Information required by the relevant Institution for processing the application;

- Details of offers, confirmations or admission decisions communicated through the Platform.
Where applicable, particularly where the Student is a minor, we may collect:
- Parent’s or lawful guardian’s name;

- Relationship with the Student;
- Consent or verification information;
- Information necessary to facilitate admission or communication with the Institution.
Where required for admission, verification, fraud prevention or legal compliance, we may collect:

- Information necessary to authenticate or verify a User.

Where the Platform provides paid services, we may collect:

Payment credentials such as card or banking details may be processed directly by third-party payment gateway providers. Colleaze does not ordinarily store complete payment card information unless specifically required and permitted under applicable law.
